Agricultural smallholders face chronic liquidity constraints. We enforce a strict T+1 payment standard, releasing funds directly to suppliers’ bank accounts within 24 hours of weighbridge and quality intake.

To prevent rural workforce exploitation by informal moneylenders, the group provides direct, interest-free emergency and education loans, repaid via manageable, interest-free payroll deductions.
Plant floor workers, line technicians, and warehouse logistics crews earn production bonuses tied to batch yields and strict quality compliance, directly aligning company performance with individual compensation.
Environmental Stewardship & Resource Efficiency
Our environmental approach is built around complete resource valorization and localized processing to minimize our ecological footprint from origin to export.
By establishing aggregation depots and processing facilities directly within rural farming belts—close to smallholder groves—we significantly reduce logistics-driven carbon emissions. Raw coconuts and fresh agricultural harvests contain heavy, non-commercial water and fibrous mass. Processing and curing commodities at the source drastically reduces bulk weight and haulage volume prior to transport, taking redundant trucking tonnage off the road and lowering supply chain fuel consumption per metric ton exported.
We enforce rigorous environmental controls across all processing facilities. Factory washing lines and process streams operate through dedicated drainage and settling systems to protect local water tables from untreated effluent discharge, while our drying and combustion systems utilize regulated airflow and spark-arrested exhaust filtration to mitigate air pollution and airborne particulate emissions.
Every incoming coconut is processed within a zero-waste manufacturing model. Rather than generating agricultural waste, 100% of the raw material is transformed into commercial and industrial products across our operations, preventing organic landfill accumulation and maximizing natural resource utility.

Instead of centralizing manufacturing in Java, we locate primary processing across Sumatera, Java and Sulawesi.
